MSG Colwell promotion Ceremony is set for 1500 on Friday, 03 June 2016, and will take place at the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) Headquarters, which is located at 2825 W. Dublin Grandville Road, Columbus, Ohio43235.

Exact location within the building is TBD.  Anyone with a military ID will be able to access the facility.
