Chapter 45 sincerely thanks Chapter 76 Amvets Riders of Athens, Ohio for their generosity and support of our 9th annual Freedom Ride. Not only did they promote, coordinate and conduct the ride, they donated all proceeds to Chapter 45 which totaled over $5,500.

Amvets Post 89 in Westerville, OH has been sold. The Chapter is now looking for a new location for Columbus meetings to be held. If you know of a new place please, contact Mark or Patrick.
Bravo Co. Family Day
Chapter 45 hosted a family day in June of 2024 at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base for the members of Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 19th Group SFG(A). Activities included outdoor games, bounce houses for the children, a catered meal from City Barbecue, and an airborne operation conducted by Bravo Company. Crabtree family members were in attendance and were thankful for the event’s focus on the memory of SFC Daniel Crabtree. We want to thank all individual donors that donated financially towards this event.
